Join Pastor Kurt and Jim Boyd for a weekly dive into the Bible. We meet every Sunday at 9:00 in the Church Library for study, coffee, donuts, and discussion. We will be looking at the weekly lessons appointed for each Sunday.
Over the next 10 weeks through August the Sunday morning Bible Study will be taking a long look at the books of Galatians and Colossians. These two relatively short letters written by St. Paul invite us to consider what it means to live as disciples of Jesus. Galatians in particular was a favorite of Martin Luther’s. In its verses he found comfort, inspiration and the knowledge that he wasn’t saved so much by how good he was but by how good God Is! Galatians has been referred to as the “Magna Carta” of Christian Freedom.
Join Jim Boyd and Pastor Kurt each Sunday before worship from 9:00-9:50 in the library. Coffee and donuts are provided to entice you and God’s word will enrich.
